We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with the pieces that you buy from us, but we do offer a 7 day no quibbles guarantee, so should you find your piece isn't quite what you expected, provided it's not been worn and it's in it's original packaging, we're happy to provide you with a full refund (note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from this guarantee).

Packaging and postage to the UK is included in our pricing - so there are no hidden costs - what you see is what you pay. We use a Royal Mail service which requires a signature on delivery. Next day or other special postage can be arranged at a reasonable additional cost. We will also mail to destinations across the world, just let us know your requirements.
